Ok... but what kind of house? there is a big difference if house is simple modern square design, or some complex style house whit lots of fine details .... it's to few details for some even slightly precise estimation.
But, I have to say that time frames stated on Novasys web page are realistic and you have a good approach; first receive plans from customer, then provide them with precise time frame and price. It's very hard to make some general price list for 3D visualizations....
