OT GanttProject

I've been looking for a MSProject type project management application, and came across a reference to GanttProject which is a JAVA based Opensource app. I wondered if anyone had any experience of running this in OSX.

I have been trying different Gnatt & CPM charting software for years, and am currently hand drawing them in PowerCadd. Let me know if you find anything that works outside the classroom that really communicates.
