MANHATTAN'S WORKHOUSE PUBLICITY SIGNS FIVE YEAR LEASE FOR THIRD FLOOR OF DEEZER BUILDING’S 133 WEST 25th STREET

NEW YORK-(5 May 2004) Manhattan's award-winning Public Relations firm Workhouse Publicity has announced that they have signed a five year lease for the third floor of the Deezer Building’s much vaulted 133 West 25th Street. Joining some of New York’s most innovative companies such as Jive Records, Gen Art and London Features, the company took advantage of City and State sponsored incentive programs to lower rents by as much as $15 per square foot. Workhouse Publicity has come to terms on a five year deal for a 2,800 square foot loft-style space with direct elevator access to better manage its tremendous growth over the past year with the signing of luxury good clients Assouline Publishing, Borrelli, Carl F. Bucherer, Chocolate Bar and Great Performances. The deal brings the company closer to its roster of clients which also includes the 26th Street Flea Market, the Annex, Hell’s Kitchen Flea Market, Metropolitan Pavilion, Creative Photographers International, Brands of Switzerland and Eva Boutique which all reside within the area.

Instituted in 1996, Adam Nelson is Founder & CEO of Workhouse Publicity which he began in a rented kitchen within Gill Holland’s CineBlast! Productions located at 32 Thompson street in SoHo. Over the course of eight years, Workhouse eventually took possession of the entire 2,500 square foot space and transformed it into a Sam-Spade-detective-style boutique with a private garden. Nelson promises that their new offices will maintain unconventionality but with more modern flair. A newly renovated loft-style office with thirteen foot ceilings,133 West 25th Street amenities include lobby & elevator access, newly restored lacquered floors, a state-of-the-art conference room, unlimited telecommunication options such as copper wiring and central air.

"We are proud to become part of Deezer’s vibrant history. The extraordinary space and the neighborhood's bustling community were all factors and served as incredible incentive. Not to mention, I’m close enough to my London Terrace apartment to walk the dog and feed the baby " said Workhouse Publicity, CEO, Adam Nelson
