architecture is design and the field does over lap with management , structural systems , materials and high tech gadgets ,furniture , industrial design , even database architecure , erp
then why do architecture schools teach only building design , facades

In the very limited time they have, they tend to teach the basic necessities of architectre-- many include structural design, and materials, with an elective or option for management. There is not near enough time to teach everything there is to know about architecture, much less the accessory topics.
Your word "overlap" is correct. While architecture touches or "overlaps" other disciplines, there is no need to and no time to teach everything about all of them
