How to solve 'help.cab', problem

Hi friends,
I have one problem when I'm installed 3ds max 2009/3ds max 2008 and 3ds max 9.
Please solve my problem.
Problem 1) help.cab file not install properly in my pc. _- Please checkout attach file named "error 1335.jpg' ". Means any problem in my OS(Windows XP with SP 2 ) or help.cab file are corrupted .
Please help me its very argent for me.
