SMARTRUSSTM is manufactured from high strength long life ZINCALUMEâ steel. It is competitively priced with timber framing, however, its structural integrity leads to lower lifetime costs and protects the value of a residential investment.
Won't warp, twist, shrink or rot
Complies with Building Code of Australia as non-termite susceptible structural members
Pre-fabricated frames allow for systematic erection on site in accordance with site plans
For tile roof construction trusses can be anchored to the support structure and roof tile battens can be screw fastened to the truss chords
SMARTRUSS screw fastened together - no jigging required
Can be assembled on site (ideal for that inaccessible site)
Supported by LYSAGHT SUPRACADD® detailing software which models the geometry, designs the roof trusses and facilitates manufacture by licenced manufacturers.
Common Uses of this product
Roof framing in residential and commercial applications.
Warranty
Material warranty is available, provided the frames are fixed to specification.
Warnings
Advice should be sought for houses constructed in marine environments.
