Best Structure method to build this

Hello there,

I am an archtiecture grad student and we are looking to design something similar to this: http://commondatastorage.googleapis.com ... 732451.jpg with canted walls. Ideally, we would have a structure system behind a translucent sandwhich panel skin.

Any ideas on the best method or system to design this? As always, the cheaper the better.
