Coral reef buildings underwater

Does anyone know about a pilot project to build coral reef buildings by having a metallic frame and inducing a mild electric current in it to stimulate the microorganisms that create coral?

Or some such experimentation?

It was on television and I found it highly intriguing.

He is the one involved in the coral building. Very cool idea.
