what do you think of sketchup and 3dmax?

i would like to know that while making a model which software is better? sketchup or 3ds max?

Sketchup is more user friendly and can be imported into 3D Studio MAX. Modelling in Max is ok.

For precision, I use AutoCAD 3D. It's a lot more time intensive but the results are more precise than just the pushing and pulling of solids you do in Sketchup.

3d max might be a little hard to handle but the end product is definitely worth d little extra efforts you put in .. the final product is way better then that from sketch up ... especially after rendering in vray n editing it in photoshop ..
