You mean from the first craftsman tradition, c 1910 ? I don't know of one whose work reminds me of Mackintosh.
There may have been more recent practitioners who have worked in that way. Anyone who included handcrafted metal and/or glass elements, in a stylized organic vein, might bear comparison; any closer reflection of Mackintosh's specific forms would of course be labelled "in the style of. . ." and be assumed to be making an homage -- wouldn't you say ?

Agreed. I can't think of any American architect practicing around the same era with a style similar to MacKintosh.
IMHO, any new building going up now that references the Arts & Crafts movement, are paying homage to those architects. They are not breaking new ground but interpreting the style using contemporary building techniques. _________________ Gerard Lee Architects
