Your next step is to address the HVAC for the home. Type of system, duct location, required sizes etc. I can provide those services.

Right on Orkblork !

The right architect is the key.But most client shop for the lowest fee ones and expect him/her to be the perfect architect who can take care of everything from schematic design to construction management.

Architects typically see what a plan might be. My comments are intended to be constructive:
Why do you want a seperated utility room off the garage? Open it make it part of the garage space.
What do you want to accomplish with the powder room? The powder room is accessed through the laundry room and that is a bad idea where you are tracking dirt in and out. Just seperate these two functions so you do not pass through one to get to the other if you coming from the garage or outside.
What do you call that big wasteland between the kitchen and the rear wall where the out sidedoor is? Use this space to solve the powder room / laundry problem and just make the kitchen bigger.... you have enough hallways already.
What furniture goes in the rest of this "Kitchen room? Do you ever watch tv here? sit down inhere? I recomend you just eliminate the stupid wall between the living room and this space wasting nook place and make it all one big great room.
Dining room or den? Make it both, a den with a table in the center, you see this is a big room and you can build in a desk etc......put in nice big doors so that it can be closed if you have to.
Is the mater bedroom point of access an after thought? The living room will be difficult to furnish because of the master bedroom door.... turn it into a greatroom and find a better place to go into the mater bedroom...........this is a bad way to do this.
Is the entry door in a good location. See comment above a redesign the bath and bedroom arrangement for both master and bedroom #2

Good first attept keep working it.
