Dear Members,
Does anyone know about the features of a modern smart home. I heard that there was an architecture pseudo-lab in Harvard with a full size mockup of a modern house with all the bells and whistles but don't know too much about this. Could someone tell me more about this topic>

| Smart home system should be the integration of security system with lighting system and an additional features of closed circuit TV. Automation example any motion would turn on the particular room light should be included. |
