| I am writing a dissertation about movable elements in a house. I will be very grateful if someone can help me finding about examples relating to this topic such as The Schroder house, or la maison de verre. |

if so steven holls work in fukuoka has so-called hinged space, basically rotatable walls/doors that he claimed would allow flexibility similar to the japanese fusuma. He uses the device in a few later projects as well, maybe even in some houses, but you would have to look
the fusuma of the japanese house are worth looking at in their own right. lots of books on their use out there and should be easy to find. |
