| We are architects trying to formalize a partnership (a PLLP) and we're trying to find an attorney in New York who specializes in architects, or at least in professional practices. I can't find any online resources where one could do a search for something like that. Any ideas? Thanks! |

| There are probably some attorneys near you who evidence their interest in the profession as associate members of the AIA. Your local chapter office may be a good resource for this. |
