| it's still regarding my thesis... i want to ask your opinion..would an art school be essential in a community? what are some reasons why people nowadays don't visit museums,galleries and the like? is it people's behavior that changed regarding their interest in culture and arts aspect or is it because the government or any other organizations failed to encourage them? |

| Who says that 'people these days don't visit museums, galleries, etc.'? Can you document that, or is it just an assumption? |
