Hello unknown.
I read your words but can´t imagine your intensions. Translocation, inkluding the whole infra-structure, is a money-exhausting project - especially in this dimensions; but, so my first impression, sometimes the onliest way to go.
I am interested in your ideas and hope that you can describe your intensions a ´le bit more in details.
Perhaps you can make some sketches of your visions.

Hello,
You sure got y'r hands full with a airport to be relocated.
Not an Architect....more of a mechanical and electrical designer for buildings, (second t'a none If I might add) was lucky to start as a kid in this industry under my Dad's wing...he...he...(thanx Dad). Have you thought of using the existing Airport for your future projects...may have a good marketing angle....for a Airport Style condo....just a waky idea for y'a
I provide ASMEIL services on the side....it's a new thing I cam up with (due to denial in the industry for true integrated designs) and am providing the service to mainly Architects in Canada (just completed the largest Hospital in Canada). And the biggest problem in our industry is the fact that the Consultants are not "coordinating" there services with eachother and/or the Architect. Me'z have solved the problem...with ASMEIL drawings. And the best part is they are "automatic", once ASMEIL drawings are created, the Consultant (plus the Architects drawings) change just "drag-and-drop" the updated drawings onto the old drawings and open up the ASMEIL drawing....and "preto" like magic.
Just wanted to give you a heads up for your project and ensure that all the Consultants use this "integrated" way. To help you with your "big" projects, because you don't want the Consultants telling you they need 3 weeks just to "filter/clean" the drawings before they start with the design and/or make changes to suit the architect.
Plus if you ever need m&e design (esp. high-rise my fav.) feel free to contact me (me'z the best esp. for high rise...I integrate the mechanical drawings so if a "riser" moves on one floor plan...they move on all the other floors automaticly)...not t'a mention I also integrat the mechanical into the electrical for true 100% matching M&E designs (one less extra on a project...he...he).
Good luck and take care,
Sven Kierdorf
