Hello Kevin and DC...long time, no time. Quick question and update: I am wondering if DC has an ARE forum? I looked around (not very hard) and did not notice anything regarding licensing except for LEED, etc. I have taken my first section of the ARE (very easy test that I probably failed b/c of stupid mistakes on the graphics)....and would like to share with others in my position.
Regardless, a quick update for my DC friends; I have had some interesting experiences in the past year and I am one of the very lucky few who has suffered only a 10% cut in my salary one year after my 25% raise (knock on wood). Business-wise, the company I have been working for the past 3 years is on the verge of closing or growing rapidly depending on the result of two pending project bids. If we get neither, I'll most likely be unemployed. If we get one, I'll cruise thru the next year and plan on working more on doing my own thing as I continue to work on my license. That's it. Have learned lots and have even more to learn...
