See http://home.earthlink.net/~swbr-co/index.html for "AIRAIL" for travel mode that can bring new communities to transportation resolve.
Displayed at the National Building Museum there were two major entities that took note of the design. General Motors, USA and our local transportation entity (Regional Transportation District, RTD), Denver Colorado.
This design may be of interest to designs on the boards in India, in that it resolves transportation corridor issues that cut deep into/apart communities. Here the transport is controlled on elevated rail and lands into neighborhood "modal malls." The need for road base is eliminated as transport runs above ground on rail. Safe, controlled, monitored, accessible, fast, economical, affordable, efficient, and user friendly - interconnective opportunities for mobile commerce, as well as self directional, allowing the passenger(s) to rest/sight see.
Best to you and your country in the striving to achieve the better community of health and welfare. _________________ Kenneth E. Martin, AIA, CSI
