| “V” shape groove will appear on the edge of 2 pieces of connected pressed V groove laminate flooring. The “V” shape is pressed one time with special machine. And the process of cut and paint at the edge is not necessary. So the problems of warp and brown space at the edge have been solved with the technology. The shape makes this type of laminate flooring(L) offers a hardwood like appearance. And the V groove space is strong abrasion resistant, and strong moist resistant with technology. With the technology, the formaldehyde release is also lower than painted V groove laminate flooring. The technology has improved its useful life and offered better look. There are 2 types of pressed V groove L: 12mm pressed L and 8mm pressed L. |
