Hi there,
We are looking to build a 5-6000 sq/ft custom view home in southern California to be built as two levels: a main floor and walkout basement underneath to take advantage of the topography and view. We are looking for Mediterranean/Spanish style with smooth stucco, turrets, and arches. The interior is to have high vaulted ceilings as applicable and lots of windows to take advantage of the views. We have a rough conceptual idea (very rough) and looking for suggestions and recommendations during the design process.
I attached a document with the project description and pictures as well as topography file in autocad for the lot.
Is this type of project something you have experience with and feel comfortable designing? If so, do you have any pictures or sample designs of similar projects in Mediterranean/Spanish style you can forward to us? We would also need an estimate for the home design / lot plan and plans drawing costs as well as a realistic time line to produce the design/lot plan and construction documents to submit for permits.
