Hello,
I am in the 2nd year of my MBA program and have been assigned a group consulting project that centers around Green Construction & Building Material. If any architect would be willing to spend a few minutes of their time sharing their insight in this field, I would be forever grateful.
I would be happy to call you at a convenient time, or chat over email.
Also, I have listed some of the questions that we are seeking answers to. If anyone could provide insight in any of these areas if would be wonderful!
Thank you for your time.
Architect Questionnaire
What are the key reasons that most customers choose to undertake a green construction?
How do materials get sourced for your projects?
When building a green building – what are the most important factors?
What are the core competencies for a green construction?
Who has the most influence in product/material selection?
How much input do you, as architects, have?
If you were looking at a structural waterproofing solution what characteristics would you look for? And is there a company name that comes to mind?
What are other key materials that need to be sourced for green construction? What are brand names that you associate with these materials?
In terms to LEED certification – what points are the most difficult to achieve? Why? |
