Hi all,
I am looking for some advise as to the design of a first floor extension roof.
The existing ground floor structure is 2.5m at the front and 6m at the rear, with a flank wall of 9m. It is on the side of a 30's built semi in a cul-de-sac, hence the strange design.
My problem lies with the design of the roof because the local council would not be happy with a small pitched roof front and back with flat roof in between.
Any ideas would be very well received.
