Introduction of Construction of Exhibition Booth
Organizer will be responsible for the Master Plan and effect of the exhibition hall. Individual exhibitor will be responsible to his own fixtures of the exhibition booth (to include exhibiting items, panels, written explanation, etc).
Standard Exhibition Booth
3m x3m, 9 sq m as example, the organizer will provide basic fixtures to the booth which include: 3 white display wall panel (each panel measuring 1 m wide and 2.5m high), 3 spot light, 1 220V/13A power socket, 1 piece of inquiry desk, 3 pieces of chairs, 1 waste bin, carpet and 1 Chinese and English signboard.
Unfurnished Space
Unfurnished Space will not include the above standard booth fixtures. Exhibitors can elect to setup by engaging the on-site contractor, and also can engage other contractors to carry out special installations for the booth. Special installation partition shall not be higher than 2.5m and the fixture within the booth cannot be taller than 7.5m |
