We were very excited about using SIPs to build our new home but our experience has been a disaster. It took 5 months to get them delivered and many mistakes were made along the way. I think this has more to do with the company, EZ-Build, than with SIPs in general, but we wish we had chosen a different direction. 3 weeks after delivery we are still waiting for a company rep to come down and show the Builder how to put the roof on. If you go this route, get lots of references and do not use EZ-Build under any circumstances.
