We intend to built up a Residential Campus on 5.75 acres plot of land at Osmannager, Nr Tellapur, Hyderabad . The proposed complex campus should be a modern state of the art with a built up area of about 700000 sq. ft.
We are looking advice to appoint a reputed Architectural firm comprising of Architects / Consultants/ Architectural firms/ Consultancy firms for providing complete &
Comprehensive Architectural concept, design, detailing and Engineering Design Consultancy and detailing for all requirements for construction in the following
Disciplines:
• Master Layout Plan
• Architectural design and detailing;
• Structural, Public Health, Electrical, Electronic, Elevators, Fire
• fighting, Power backup system;
• Building Automation, Communication, Security System etc;
• Horticulture and landscape works etc.
• Any Other packages required for completion of the Campus

Simply just invite tenders from architects/architectural firms/consultants. It seems you have everything ready and in plan as per you short description of the job to be done, thus it will be easy for you to select the right guys. for that.
Appointing creteria will be decided upon yourselves, but remember that there are different class of archietcts/firms/consultants.And they vary as per the jobs done.....the bigger the company.....the bigger the projects |
