Old 3 story Barn for Sale
20 % Wormy Chestnut and 80 % Hickory and Oak
Barn Dimensions - 3 levels, 30' deep x 42' long and app. 30' to peak
Beam Sizes - 9x8, 9x6, 10x10, 11x10 and various sizes smaller.
App. 550 running feet of beams plus various sizes.
Don't know the age of the barn but it looks Amish built.
The roof is leaking on the left side.
The outside lap siding is good for firewood, but the planking underneath is still good.
There is a 12 x 10 room on the 2nd level and
there was a 3rd floor Hayloft at one time
