Hello All –
We are writing a book for AltaMira Press: The Green Museum: A Primer on Environmental Practice. We welcome any ideas, links to museums or projects, or projects you want to brag about. We’re interested in giving the field a range of examples from museums of all types, sizes and locations. And it’s not just about building, but also about operational practice. Sourcing for the retail shop and café, office products and educational and exhibit materials,…recycling….rehabilitating historic sites…..creating a green marina or zoo or aquarium…reclaiming all your water….it’s all of interest. Please don’t hesitate to send us what you want us to know about your work, or send us to others you think are doing good work.
