Construction professional with over 25 years in high end commercial/residential projects seeks new challenges in the Caribbean area. Looking for high end contractor that needs a pro to deal with their hard to please clients. Will look at all offers including partnerships/buy-ins.
Have clients with interests ($20mm) in St.John/St. Maarten looking to acquire more high end residential in Caribbean for luxury vacation rentals that will use my new firm for their high end renovations. Will be in Caribbean in April for interviews. Thanks for your consideration. |
