Reporting to: Project Manager/Operations Manager
Responsible for: Draughtsmen
Key Duties
Management of Architectural Draughtsmen
Ability to co-ordinate effectively with Building Services and Structural disciplines
Sound practical design skills to assist Project Concept Design Architect
Good understanding of Architectural Detailing
Good knowledge of CAD
Requirements
Candidate will have experience of working for an Architectural design consultancy firm, and be confident in liaising with the different in-house disciplines.
Visa must be transferable
Experience in High rise - Residential (Villas and apartments), Hotels Mixed use would be preferred
Degree in Architecture
