Viewfinder Productions is currently scouting locations for Land's End on Cape Cod.
If you are interested in providing me with contact info for clients with interest in this project I can be contacted at 617-797-1946. Viewfinder Productions coordinates location rentals for photo shoots. We provide all necessary insurance binders, contracts and scheduling for the home owner. Viewfinder Productions would compensate your firm for any successful referral at 10% of the rental fee. We strive to make our business relationships beneficial to the firms we work with. LAND'S END:
I am currently scouting locations for Land's End. They have specifically requested homes on the Cape. I have included the request below. The Land's End shoot pays 1,500- $2,000 per day of shooting at the chosen property. Shoot dates: Aug1-Aug14
A house or inn would work. Either clapboard painted a light
color or weathered cedar shakes. A big porch would be ideal for
shooting. Also looking for a park or town square area with open
space/light (not lots of deep shadows from trees, etc.) Think quaint New
England town center, shopping area. I've seen areas like this on the
Cape in Woods Hole, Brewster, and Chatham.
We will need about 5-6 different locations on the Cape to shoot at. The location should be a home. The hope is to use interior and exterior of the home. The description I have been given is "typical New England" , wrap around porches are good, garden areas - but even if you have a property which doesn't fit the description specifically- I'll check it out. The shoot is for a major clothing company for specifically for their children's clothing line.
