If not a four/five year architecture degree at a university, then at the very least a drafting and design degree at a community college.

Gehry's work is wind turbulance heaven.

One is not often thinking of aerodynamics when translating architecture from crumpled pieces of paper.

Saarinen's work is different though.

To answer your question I think you are correct when you state "adaptation(s) are made consciously and (potentially) instantaneously." But this is only the case if the human-directed "genomic" ...
