System already in house as follows (pre addition)

System 1: 80kbtu heat, 1.5 Ton Air; 2 zones
Sys1 Zone 1:MBR
SYS 1 Zone 2:Family Room

1)1.5 Ton;80kbtu for family room/master bedroom with return air in MBR
2)3 Ton; 150kBtu for rest of hour (LR/DR/Kit/small ...
