Let me try to clarify:

System already in house as follows (pre addition)

System 1: 80kbtu heat, 1.5 Ton Air; 2 zones
Sys1 Zone 1:MBR
SYS 1 Zone 2:Family Room
Return air entirely in MBR, near ...

A bit more information:

Heating/cooling is forced air.

Two systems;

1)1.5 Ton;80kbtu for family room/master bedroom with return air in MBR
2)3 Ton; 150kBtu for rest of hour (LR/DR/Kit/small ...

To be clear on dimensions:

Finished wall to wall of entry foyer is 74"; one or two inches of (maybe unavoidable) trim yields 72" although you could conceivably tuck the jack studs for a header flus ...
