I should know this, but have forgotten... how is it that you access tabs in PowerCADD text? Seems like there used to be a little grey box in one corner of the text box... you'd option-click on that, i ...

Installed Snow Leopard a couple days ago. Things seem to be fine... for now, although those are famous last words. The only problem to date is that Suitcase doesn't work properly, so my fonts are scre ...

I, for one, am of the opinion that PCADD is very close to where it needs to be in terms of drawing ability. This wasn't always the case. For years, I pestered them with item after item that needed imp ...

Once, you could calculate with metric dimensions on a drawing set up for feet & inches. I won't bore you with the reasons, but I want to move a line .35 mm x 48. Instead, it bumps it back to 1 pix ...

I'm set up for fractional inches... but not for 1024ths. I'm set up for 1/8ths, but like the old method where if the dimension isn't actually an increment of 1/8", then it would show it in decimal for ...

Arrrrrgh! That makes me really queasy to see something different from what I entered... and especially when it's expressed in 1024th's of an inch, which make me have to grab a calculator. This is one ...

Hmmm... OK, they are all WildTools that cause this result, now that I'm thinking about it. But what it does is this:

If I enter 12.12345, then it uses 12 126/1024" instead of leaving it in decimal ...

I've just updated PowerCADD... what's with all the funky dimensions? If I enter a digital dimension, it converts it to a fraction (x/1024). Does this mean that everything is now inaccurate because it' ...

It's a feature that Alfred added to WildTools for me day before yesterday... I assume it'll be included in the next version of WT, right, Alfred?
