Since the span is 7'-6" with a 12" overhang, they will work at 12" on center as you suggested.

Sven,

You are correct, there are no limits to the amount of toilets. The septic is the only concern, which is based on gpd per bedroom.

There are 7 toilets, 4 bathtubs, 7 bathroom sinks, 1 kitch ...

I am not sure how to calculate adding concrete with rebar dowels. I believe the solution would be underpinning with helical piers. Any suggestions using these piers?
