hello,
what are the general strtergies for revitalization of a heritage building.
i am doing my thesis on branding of architecture and i would like to know hwo would you brand or programatize these kinds of strctures which are encroached and architecturally dead |

hi khyatee 
when u talk of revitalising an architecturally dead building, i thinnk what u r trying to do is questioning the idea of 'death' in architecture...which is kinda close to what i am trying...
the 'franklin court' is one of my case studies, which i thought might help u too.
its by venturi....its called the 'ghost' house. i dont want to describe it further since, i might influence you through my study.
looking forward to discussing it in class with u once u go thru the project and make your own interpretations. |
