Engineers and architects typically DO NOT merely sell their seals! They will seal work only if they did the calculation and design work.
If you did the "design" work and you have no seal, I think you got a problem; unless of course, you find a shyster who will seal his/her seal [long odds there, particulatly in CA]. |
