WEB Architectural is a firm that offers Commercial or Residential Project Design. Our clientele basis is with contractors directly, or customers. We are competitive with pricing and up to any project available at your disposal. We base our pricing by S.F., under 3 levels:
*Re-Draft - $.25/S.F. Either electronic drafting files (DWG/DXF) are submitted to architect requiring only details and code specifications, or when a previous plan needs to be altered . Plans are delivered sealed and ready for permitting. (Minimum charge of $250)
**Re-Draft - $.50/S.F. Preliminary sketch and project information is submitted to architect for guidance on design, requiring only details and code specifications. Plans are delivered sealed and ready for permitting. (Minimum charge of $350)
***Full Design - $1.00/S.F. Architect is required to perform full design integrity and information for the project. Along with all details and specifications. Plans are delivered sealed and ready for permitting. (Minimum charge of $400).
We will provide consultation to the contractor, or even to the customer directly. Our goal is to provide Architectural Drawings and Renderings that will make the Design and Build process easier for our clientele.
