Brief Description of the work needed:
A detailed description of the development concept, from the stages of its formulation, covering the resort, its natural and built environment, along with the supporting physical facilities and services should be submitted.
The conceptual drawings should include:
i) site plan of the island showing location and orientation of all buildings and structures, and should be to scale 1:10,000 OR 1:1000 along with a
digital copy in PDF format stored on a CD-ROM of high quality such as
Kodak or Hewlett Packard
ii) fully annotated drawings (floor plans) of all buildings and structures for the resort to a scale of not less that 1:200
iii) bird’s eye view of the island/part of island depicting the proposed facilities in the site plan;
iv) concept design of all types of guest rooms, including the furnishing.
v) concept designs of all service centers, including catering, and recreational facilities
vi) concept design of staff facilities
vii) area programme, giving quantitative analysis of area utilization.

We are a group of architects based in New Delhi,India. We are looking for projects from architectural firms to create shop/working drawings/3d stills or animation and other services which can be outsourced and done offshore
