Hello, I figure someone might know how I can get round this.
I've been reading a book about Jerusalem and the writer refered to a hotel that was designed with a concave tower facing the Temple Mount in Jerusalem, and the idea is that the design of the tower is in "dialogue with the Temple Mount".
I suppose that phrase is a tool of discourse to suggest that the tower complements the Temple Mount in some way and that it has been designed with the City of Jerusalem and surrounding architecture in mind, so on and so forth...
So, it's an interesting argument, but as the writer has not referenced ANY of the comments and quotations, I'm having a bit of trouble discovering what this hotel might be.
Anyone with first hand experience of the City? Would I be right in guessing it's the Tower Hotel? I've been looking at pictures of skylines for ages, but the only thing I recognise is the Dome of the Rock... so... um, yeh... I'm a bit stuck.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. |
