I have an Opportunity to purchase and develope on a corner lot that is 50' wide by 100' long with an additional 8' of boulevard before the sidewalk.
I can go 4 floors high. and want to creat a mixed condo w/ retail on the ground floor. With a ramp to the basement in place approx. how many parking spaces can I creat undergroun. As that will dictate how many units are made. |
