Low Cost Housing Supply
The never ending question with low cost housing is how low can we go. Over the past couple of years I have faced many questions and points of view on this message board, which I have enjoyed, being a part of greatly. I have also come up with some other designs as result of the needs that have been expressed to me.
I have now a couple of different options including a 6 metre by 3 metre dwelling which can be constructed for about USD$2,000.00 depending where it is being constructed. This price also includes a 2 metre x 6 metre verandah. The original option still remains being a 6 metre by 8 metre two bedroom house for about USD$12,000.00. The option of customising my housing system to individual project needs is still there as is any suggestions as to how the system can be improved.
