i'm three years experienced cad engr. specifically in Ideas platform at Design & Development Dept. of Videocon Appliances Ltd. But now I've shifted to design & project development executive for plastics engg.mat.product.
As my works mostly includes project consultation i feel my compitency in design will be gradually reduced.
so please guide suitably so that i can design using Ideas,Auto CAD&pro-e.
