DesignIntelligence gathers data from professionals and students and ranks schools accordingly. The book on the site which holds the information cost about $19. If you don't want to buy the book you can take a look at their Architecture School Discussion link and see if you can read between the lines as far as what schools are considered the "best" (that which is relative to your needs).
