I would think a more specialized store might have it rather than one of the big chain stores. Is there a problem with using amazon? They are reliable [as far as I have found with my order] and fairly prompt; and you can receive your order quicker if you pay a little more and use faster shipping. Also, amazon will show you other outlets, in the used section where you can order the book directly I think.
