Can someone help me regarding the Subject Heading
We need to save powerCADD file as .plt or HPGL files to upload collaboration/extranet webiste.
We used to use MACPlot on OS9 but can someone point me in the right direction on how to do this in OSX. Our give me some helpful tips.
I know about X-rip, I looked at the demo but it didn't seem to have any options(mayBe it wasn't in the demo version).
I hope someone out there can help us
Regards

I have X-rip.
It can create a plt file which, in my case, it winds up saving in a "shared" folder.
Several problems:
1- I can't seem to get it to be the same title as a sheet, so I have to print each sheet in the proper sequence, and then retitle eeach plt document. That's a pain.
2- For some reason I wound up saving plt's in a "shared" folder. That in itself is an annoyance, since, prior to printing up a job, I have to go into the "shared" folder and delete the previous job.
3- The X-rip plt saves print files as ".xrip" not ".plt". so I have to go back and change the suffixes of each print file to ".plt"
In spite of these annoyances, this is a feature I use frequently, and the appearance of each print, as printed on the print service's OCE 9500 machine, are great! _________________ John Cruet
