I'm looking for someone to help me sketch out a Seaside Florida / Charleston style ("think" Key West, West Indies, Charleston, Frangista Beach, etc.) two story inverted plan (Living on second floor). I will be completing the construction drawings with a local designer familiar with building codes, etc.
I can email you specific floor plans that are very close to what we want along with pictures and renderings of homes that give you a sense of the detailing and styling I'm trying to achieve. The home specs required are 2 story, 5 bed / 5 bath, maximum of 2500 square feet heated space on piling foundation.
I'm looking for reasonable rates for sketching out a solid floor plan and someone who understands and has experience with the archtectural style so that I can take what is basically a two story "box" and provide the detailing to really give it character while maintaining a very economical house to build.
