hi there...i'm a final year student and have to submit my thesis in the coming two months...my site is in Dubai and its a waterfront project of a luxury residential high rise connected with a sky bridge to an adjecent building having a shopping bouevard an retail space, office floors and a health club with a spa and a dredged lake btw the two buildings...then theres a marina with a break water in the sea and an artificial island with a viewing tower with a revolving resturant and a viewing deck on the top and aquarium displays at the ground floor and an acrylic tunnel at the basement lying on the sea bed at a depth of around 30 feet...well theres the over view of what im planning...now ive run into some probs regarding information on:
- the detailing and sections of the acrylic panels, and since their on the sea bed so the pressures wud have to be in consideration
- also i cudnt get info regarding the mechanism of a revolving resturant...it would be a small sized with a radius of 20 feet..
so if anyones had any relevant experience with this sort of a project or kno any website or any related book or maybe any sort of a guideline... anything...please inform me on it and AS SOON as possibile...thanks...  |
