Hi there,
I'm looking for examples (ideally, with photos) of decorative water fountains / displays in large hospitals. Examples within Canada would be most helpful.
I work in a major hospital that is considering a large water display, but we have received pushback regarding bacteria/health&safety issues. However, we'd like to look into what other hospitals have done.
Any help would be much appreciated.

Hi Junovonstately!
This isn't exactly an answer to your specific request, but just a suggestion for you to consider. Have you heard of Hospital de Sant Pau in Barcelona? It is a very nontraditional hospital with some amazing architectural works of art, and incorporates lots of beautiful fountains as part of the grounds.
I really recommend Wikipedia-ing it or checking out some photos of it for some inspiration! Truly the most amazing and creative design for a hospital that I have even seen or heard of!
Good luck! _________________ May

Hi again,
I'll look into that one - however, I should mention that I am looking specifically at interior water fountains/displays, as outdoor ones do not inherently carry a risk for patients.
Thanks!
