I need to export a PCadd file to as vector based and able to be read by corel draw.
What are my best options?

options will vary with the version of CorelDraw and what file formats it can import. Some ( versions of CorelDraw will import DWG and DXF. Those are clearly the most robust vector based file formats you can export from PowerCADD and would be the best place to start after conforming any nuances with the specific version of CorelDraw being used.

If your PowerCADD drawing has lots of filled objects like rectangles and polygons, those fills, colors and opacity effects are typically lost in DWG translations; you usually get just a bunch of hollow linework on the other side. If you're looking to carry over the surface elements, PDF or EPS might be the only way. When you do that, though, you loose layers. As yet, you can't have it all, that I know of.
