I did a quick search and read a couple of on-line reviews......
This is a do-it-yourself home design software package. Hence the less than $40 price tag.... I think Amazon has it for $20.
If you are hoping to work out some ideas for your own home before contracting with either an architect or a residential designer, I am sure it will service your needs.
If you are thinking about using this as a professional tool..... then you need to look elsewhere.
I am not sure you'll find anyone here who uses this type of software as most of the designers here use professional level programs. (PowerCADD, Vectorworks, AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, and whatever other residential level CAD packages exist out there.... ChiefArchitect - if it still exists - SoftPlan and so on)
